The AMP TOUR series began in 2005 at the grand opening of Cardinals Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The event boosted over 40,000 screaming fans with 10 World famous Monster Trucks including BIGFOOT®, the original Monster Truck.

Since then AMP TOUR has put on hundreds of events in dozens of cities. From the Southernmost part of the United States to the Northern most part, AMP TOUR delivers a unique motor sports spectacle that captivates children and adults alike.

Known as "Masters of the Small Arena," AMP TOUR brings monstrous 10,000 pound, 10' tall, 2,000+ horsepower masters of destruction known as Monster Trucks to venues of all sizes, shapes, and race surfaces. AMP TOUR has evolved venues of all sizes to allow local fans of motor sports the most exciting family entertainment available at an affordable price the entire family can afford.

Aside from AMP TOUR featuring towering behemoth sized Monster Trucks, AMP TOUR offers spectators side-acts consisting of Freestyle Motocross riders flying high into the air and performing insane tricks that can, for most people, only be seen on television. AMP TOUR events also provide local everyday people the opportunity to bring out their truck, SUV, or car to compete in our Tuff Truck Challenge. Locals can also compete in our events depending on show format if they own quad/ATV vehicles, Flat Track motorcycles, Arenacross motorcycles, and many other side-acts depending on the events region.

AMP TOUR's corporate headquarters is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Owned by AMP Live Events, AMP TOUR (previously known as Rolling Thunder Monster Truck Challenge) has been the largest powerhouse in motor sport promotions for over two decades with over 1,000 shows and captivating legions of fans in the process.

Annually over half a million fans will pass through turnstiles to see AMP TOUR's "Monster Truck Thunder Slam" series. The event features the biggest, baddest, and best Monster Trucks in the World.
